Hemorrhoids or swabs are swollen veins and occur with increased pressure in the lower part of the rectum and weakness of the connective tissue. There are several factors that affect the occurrence of hemorrhoids and it is believed that in one part of their lives, the disease affects the population. They may arise for a number of reasons, during stress where the pressure of the veins of the veins occurs, during long-term seating (usually in the case of drivers and people with work related to the office), obesity, chronic constipation, genetic predisposition, pregnancy, diets with low fiber intake as well as with irregular nutrition (excessively spicy foods).
They can be located inside the rectum (internal) or may develop in the subcutaneous area around the anus (external), it is not uncommon and they act in a combined manner. Sometimes they do not cause severe symptoms of pain but in most cases they are painful, causing itching, discomfort, irritation and bleeding. Problems arise when the walls of the veins are damaged, where there are infections and the formation of so-called fissures and fistula, pulmonary ulcers and skin irritation in the anus region where the symptoms are very painful and unpleasant.
